We working with an elite DC based boutique firm seeking an experienced government contracts associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, with a particular emphasis on transactional aspects of government contracts, bid protests and claims settlements. Their government contracts practice is particularly known for its knowledge of cost accounting standards, taking claims against the federal government, defending clients against defective pricing and False Claims Act allegations, and intellectual property rights involving the federal government.
